Marble Song ("we", "our", or "us") operates a voice answering and messaging service for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information gathered through our service.
From subscribers — the businesses that sign up for the Service — we collect the information provided during sign-up and account management:
When a caller contacts a business using our service, we may collect:
Subscriber information is used to create and administer the account, assign a phone number, deliver call summaries by email, send account and service notifications, and process billing.
Information collected during a call is used solely to:
Providing a phone number is optional. If you give us one, we use it only to contact you about your account or to help you with setup and support. We do not send text messages to it, and we do not use it for marketing. You can add, change, or remove it at any time in your account settings.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer phone numbers or contact details to any third party or affiliate, and no subscriber information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell or rent subscriber or caller information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Call information is shared only with the subscriber whose number was dialed. We do not use caller information for any purpose beyond facilitating the callback between caller and business.
We disclose information to the service providers described in Section 7 only as needed to operate the Service, and we may disclose information where we are required to do so by law or valid legal process.
Call metadata and basic call history and info are retained to provide the subscribed business access to their call history. Call recordings are retained for a limited period and are then no longer available. Business owners may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us directly.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we collect. Call data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely.
Our service relies on third-party providers for telephony, voice AI processing, email delivery, payment processing, and hosting. These providers act as our processors: they may handle data only on our instructions and only as needed to deliver the Service to you. We do not direct these providers to use subscriber or caller data for any purpose beyond delivering our service, and we do not authorize them to use it for their own marketing.
You can change the email addresses that receive your call summaries and your contact details in your account settings, and request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.
