Your Marble Song number arrived by email. The last step is telling your phone when to hand calls over to it. It takes about three minutes, there's nothing to install, and you can undo it at any time.
Most owners choose "only the calls I miss". It works like a much smarter voicemail: you keep answering calls yourself whenever you can, and anything you don't pick up comes to us instead of going to a beep. Choose "every call" if you want all of your calls to come to us. One more thing in favor of "only the calls I miss": your phone rings first, and many automated dialers give up before the call ever reaches your assistant.
From your welcome email. Fill this in and we'll write the exact code out for you. It stays in your browser — we don't receive it or save it.
From a different phone, call your business number and let it ring without answering. If you set up "only the calls I miss," give it a good four or five rings. You should hear the Marble Song greeting. You'll also get a summary afterward, which is a second confirmation that the whole path works end to end.

Forwarding lives on your carrier's network, not on your phone, and these events will clear your forwarding settings it without telling you:
Including moving to a new phone or an eSIM.
Forwarding rules do not travel with the number.
Upgrades, downgrades, and some billing changes on your carrier account.
Sometimes just calling support about something else is enough.
If any of those happen, come back to this page and set forwarding up again, then re-test. It's worth re-testing every month or so regardless — it takes thirty seconds.
Carriers change these codes and menus, and some plans — particularly prepaid and some business plans — restrict call forwarding or require an account administrator to switch it on. If what you see on your phone doesn't match what's above, or a code comes back with an error, don't keep guessing: email [email protected] and tell us your carrier and phone.
